The challenge
Carlyle Cardinal Group selected Strata3 to develop a global digital strategy for the development of their Lily O’Brien’s luxury chocolate FMCG brand. The principal challenge was to grow the online sales channel revenues from a low base to 10% of total turnover over the next 3 years. This challenge included the design of a beautiful site, the development of a fully supply chain-integrated consumer- facing eCommerce store as well as a complete online marketing, analytics, cloud hosting and support solution.
