Business Analysts

Our team of experienced Business Analysts (BAs) manages multiple projects and competing priorities often in time-challenged conditions.  At the outset of a project, they collaborate with client teams to:

Our BAs takes responsibility for translating the agreed project requirements into a set of clear project deliverables.  They are conversant and experienced in all project methodologies, including waterfall, Lean and increasingly Agile. The BA will continue to frequently interact with business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to refine requirements, identify risks and propose how such risks can be mitigated.

Programme and Project Managers

Our Programme and Project Managers are highly experienced in managing client relationships and ensuring that all deliverables are met. A partnership and collaborative approach to managing client requirements is central to our project management approach. For each client, Strata3 appoints a dedicated project lead and agrees a project governance and delivery framework. 

Strata3 has several PMP / Prince certified members on our team and have excellent communications and organisational skills to act as trusted partners to our clients. Many of our team also have business analysis, marketing and user experience skills combined with a deep knowledge of technology.
