Strata3, one of Ireland’s leading digital agencies, is seeking an experienced Senior studio and project manager to join our expanding team to lead strategic accounts. As an award-winning company we have deep and successful relationships with many of Ireland’s biggest brands, this role will include looking after a number of our clients including Irish Rail, Irish Life Health, Energia and many more.
There are two parts to this role, the candidate will work on studio projects as a senior project manager, and will also be responsible for day to day management of the studios business as usual (BAU) work stream.
The candidate for this role should have:

A minimum of 5-years’ experience in a relevant project management discipline

A 3rd-level qualification and/or relevant PM qualification

A knowledge of agile with scrum training / qualification

Strong analysis, problem resolution, judgment and decision making skills.

Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

Demonstrable relationship-management skills.

Familiarity with the web/digital industry, processes & techniques a distinct advantage.

Excellent written and oral skills essential.

Role and Responsibilities
The role is varied and requires flexibility and experience across a number of areas to ensure the successful delivery of projects.:.
You will be:

Reporting to the Head of Operations, to plan resource allocation across all on-going and upcoming projects.

Leading cross functional online teams (Strata3 & client-side) - regularly liaising with: Client Project Key stakeholders, BA, UX & UI Designers, Front-end & Back-end Developers & Testers

Maintaining existing business with clients and also generating new and repeat business through customer relationship building and a successful project delivery history

Managing key account relationships in a consultative, proactive manner with an emphasis on client management, retention, upselling growth & reporting.

Working closely with the Head of Finance to ensure all project accounts, invoicing and expenses are correctly administered.

Responsible for the financial management of projects, ensuring they are delivered within client and internal budgetary constraints.

Managing & scheduling BAU request channels through Jira Kanban board – status review etc.

Monitoring the throughput of tasks e.g. Created vs Resolved, Average Time on Jira
-
Acting as a single point of contact for all project issues & feed requirements into the project team.

Ensuring all key documents are drafted & presented to the client on time
