Strata3 are looking to hire a sales manager to join our expanding team. Reporting to the Managing Director, we are looking for an energetic, organised colleague to manage inbound commercial and bid-management opportunities. The role involves preparing tailored and customised proposals for a range of digital solutions. Liaising with internal resources to prepare the solution and proposal response. Creating & implementing a qualified and considered solution, which addresses the specific requirements of the client. Completing the full bid-management process from lead generation through to contract conclusions.

Candidate requirements

A minimum of 3-years relevant sales/business development experience. 3rd-level qualification in a relevant business, commercial marketing discipline.

Passionate for web & digital. Experience sales CRM systems. Excellent written skills with a flair for crafting customised solutions.

Persuasive self-starter with experience of sales and business development. Must be an effective communicator to all audiences; senior, internal & external.

A dependable, enthusiastic and professional individual who can deliver targets. Identify new sales opportunities by listening to customer needs. Comfortable interfacing with internal design & technology teams to develop proposals and quotations.

Experience of client-facing interactions essential. Strong communication (written & verbal), interpersonal and organisational skills. Can adapt to new skills and challenges in a fast-paced environment. Travel to client sites as necessary.
