Marketing Executive

 

Strata3 are currently seeking a Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will report into the MD & Head of Studio.

 

Responsibilities

  • Execute the company’s marketing plan which aims to raise the company profile and that of its senior executives as well as support an ambitious plan for growth and repositioning.

  • Create and contribute to marketing strategies, (as part of the above plan), to promote service offerings.

  • Schedule and co-ordinate all PR, digital marketing, sponsorship and other activity

  • Manage all content updates on the company website and its social channels by originating content and/or sourcing content from senior members of the team

  • Specifically, build the audience on social channels (primarily LinkedIn and Twitter) and levels of engagement with the target audience

  • Support Directors in building their personal brands through social and other channels

  • Build and manage the company’s marketing database

  • Carry out Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) activity on the company website

  • Constantly refresh the marketing plan by identifying new innovative ways to achieve marketing objectives

  • Help co-ordinate the production of proposals, company collateral and presentations for client pitches

  • Research and identify potential marketing or other opportunities

  • Manage all submissions for award schemes

  • Manage events or the company’s presence at exhibitions

  • Co-ordinate the work of any third party marketing suppliers

  • Measure and report performance of all campaigns, and assess against return on investment (RoI) criteria and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the board and the management team

 

Experience and qualifications required

  • Third level qualification in marketing and/or digital marketing

  • Minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role preferably in an agency environment

  • Working knowledge of digital technologies & industry

  • Proven experience of input into multiple marketing projects from initiation to completion

 

Candidate requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communicator with keen eye for detail

  • Strong commercial acumen and proven digital marketing skills

  • Active in social media in a personal capacity

  • Ability to work independently on own initiative or collaboratively with other members of the team

  • Proven creative, organisational and decision-making skills

  • Ability to juggle competing demands, meet deadlines and produce quality outputs
