Digital Marketing Manager


Strata3 are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team.


  • Lead the design, development and execution of a digital marketing plan which aims to raise the agency profile as well as support an ambitious plan for growth and repositioning both domestically and internationally

  • Working in close collaboration with internal teams as well as external agencies, plan, create, and implement all digital marketing campaigns to include; SEO, social and display advertising, remarketing, owned social

  • Drive awareness and brand consideration through the curation of insightful and compelling content across all owned and paid media channels

  • Optimise content considering SEO and Google Analytics and ensure best practices are undertaken

  • Work with external partners to plan and implement webinars and other relevant online events to drive brand awareness as well as generate leads for conversion

  • Constantly refresh the marketing plan by identifying new innovative ways to achieve both sales and marketing objectives

  • Work in collaboration with the sales and marketing team to develop an integrated sales and marketing plan that will successfully deliver growth targets set

  • Support Directors in building their personal brands through social and other channels

  • Measure and report performance of all campaigns, and assess against return on investment (RoI) criteria and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the board and the management team


Experience and qualifications required

  • Third level qualification in marketing and/or digital marketing

  • Minimum of 4 years’ digital marketing experience preferably 2 years in B2B environment

  • Working knowledge of digital technologies & industry

  • Proven experience in delivery of highly successful digital marketing campaigns from initiation to completion

  • Strong commercial acumen and proven digital marketing capability

  • Ability to work independently on own initiative or collaboratively with other members of the team

  • Proven creative, organisational and decision-making skills

  • Ability to juggle competing demands, meet deadlines and produce quality outputs
