Strata3 has had a long-standing policy not to follow the “long hours” culture within the agency environment. Instead we facilitate our staff to meet their work obligations in a 9.00a.m. - 5.30p.m. working day and to ensure that working outside of these hours is very much the exception, rather than the rule.
