Vendor allows you to manage the sale of products across a variety of channels. Customers can order over the phone to a call centre, in person at an office or retail outlet or online through your website.

All sales conducted are tracked and managed through the Vendor Console, providing the site manager with a single view of all sales activity. The console also helps the site manager with the fulfilment process. It allows printing of receipts and address labels and tracks order status from payment authentication through to product delivery.

Vendor is fully integrated with several payment processing system which allows for 'real-time' credit card authentication.
