With Unity you can manage and publish large numbers of documents online. This allows you to share information with your audience groups in a structured, secure and fully managed way.
The Unity system allows you or your users to upload documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF...) or files of any type, into a centralised system. This system categorises each document and creates an access list of users/departments that will be given access to it. The Unity system also adds the textual content of each document to its full-text search engine for easy retrieval.
End-users may then search for documents based on several criteria including; keywords, author, category, document type, published date and language. As they view/download each document the system records each action providing a fully comprehensive audit trail.
