Strata3 has implemented a comprehensive online solution for Bank of Scotland (Ireland). This solution encompasses their internal Intranet together with their external websites www.halifax.ie and www.bankofscotland.ie. All websites are deployed on the Strata3 Publisher platform.
The system is based on the Strata3 Publisher Enterprise architecture which facilitates a fully load-balanced and fault-tolerant infrastructure.
Both halifax.ie and bankofscotland.ie site itself include several end-user tools such personal loan, savings and mortgage calculators. Each of these is managed by a back-office administration system allowing staff to update product parameters such as interest rates.
The solution also includes an online application system which facilitates applications for personal loan, mortgage, savings and current account products. These applications securely capture the data and transfer it to an internal customer management system.
