Dublin Docklands
The restored chq building is the last surviving warehouse of the Docklands, this mighty structure hosted a banquet for 4,000 veterans of the Crimean War in 1856.
Strata3 have designed and developed a suite of websites and microsites for the Dublin Docklands Authority on the Publisher Enterprise CMS platform. The websites act as an online resource for users who are living, working and doing business in the docklands. The website contains information about local events, facilities, planning and community activity in and around the docklands area. It is integrated with the Docklands planning database so that users can search and consult live and determined applications.
Catalogue has been deployed to present various directory listings about docklands facts, restaurants, pubs and sandwich bars. RSS feeds, social bookmarking, Google mapping and 3rd party photo gallery applications like Flickr and Slide Show Pro have been seamlessly integrated to improve the content experience for the end user.
Other sites sitting on the platform include the CHQ retail building, the Martime Festival, 12 Days of Christmas, Urban Beach, Spencer Tunick Ireland and many more.
Online communication is managed via the Entwine platform. Newsletter sign ups across the website network are centrally managed and distributed. Newsletters, event alerts and SMS campaigns are easily integrated with the website content.
The CMS platform enables multi-site management so that content is published once to multiple channels.
