Sean Donnelly, Chairman

From 1973-96 Sean worked with the Industrial Development Authority and in 1989 was appointed Executive Director for all indigenous Irish industry. He is a director of Qualceram plc, SIAC Butler Steel, Michael H Ltd, Chanelle Group & Prospectus Consultants. Sean is Chairman of the National Coaching & Training Centre, the Industry R&D Committee of Forbairt & Strata3 since 1998.
John Mitchell, Managing Director

B.A. Economics, University College Dublin.
John qualified with a degree & masters in economics and subsequently trained as a financial analyst in JP Morgan (Global Bank) in New York, specialising in telecoms & emerging technologies. Returning to Ireland in 1999, he co-founded hiTouch.com; a telecoms technology firm, servicing clients such as eircom net & Vodafone. In 2000 John returned to the US with Orbiscom, a payments technology company specialising in controlled number technology where he consulted and sold to Tier 1 banks and card-schemes such as MasterCard, Citibank & Wells Fargo.
Since joining Strata3 in 2002, John has had responsibility for overall management, strategy, partnerships & business development for the company. He is a recognised consultant in the combined of web development & IT infrastructure. John is also an active contributor & speaker on the topics of web strategy with the Irish Internet Association & other industry bodies.
Morgan Lynch, Technical Director

From 1994-97 Morgan was a Senior Analyst with AIT Plc delivering online systems for Key Bank (US), HSBC, RBS & Barclay's Bank. Morgan returned to Ireland to co-found Strata3, where he has managed the technical team & developed the Strata3's product platform. As technical lead, Morgan has delivered solutions for Strata3’s key clients.
Aisling McMahon, Operations Director

Aisling is a senior project manager with over seven years experience in delivering enterprise level content managed sites. Since joining Strata3, Aisling has worked on a range of large site deployments such as Bord Gais, Irish League of Credit Unions and Halifax. Before joining Strata3, Aisling worked as a project manager for Dialogue Communications where she was responsible for managing the Microsoft Ireland subsidiary website along with managing other key accounts such as Bank Of Ireland, ESB and Club Nokia.
Aisling has a B A Int. from UCD in History of Art and French and a Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from Dublin City University. She also is a certified PRINCE 2 Practitioner.
Fergal Lawler, Research and Design Director
B.Des. Industrial Design, NCAD, Dublin.
Working in the Web Industry since 1995, Fergal is an expert in information architecture, web design & usability. Fergal has worked as design director on projects with such clients as AIB, Halifax, British Telecom, Bord Gais, Hibernian Direct, McDonald's & Vodafone. Fergal is a winner of the IIA Net Visionary Web Designer Excellence Award.
